You guys just can’t do these exercises you if your in shape you need to eat plenty of healthy meals and do lots of cardio that will really make your abs pop

You can burn fat buy jogging but it will take a lonnnngg time you should go to a local track and RUN the length walk the turns you can also eat healthier that’s the key if you have any questions just message me or reply on here
I started noticing results in 3 weeks of doing it every day. I was also running 5x a week too to burn fat, this workout was just to get the ab outline popping. But I only have a 4 pack now, the lower abs are really hard to engage.
@CloneByDesign With any workout, you can’t expect results right away. If however, after two weeks you don’t see results and your doing it every other day then there is a problem. I say every other day to let your abs have time to heal between sessions because if you do it too often you’ll become a victim of overtraining and see no results while also feeling so sore you wish you were dead.
@theunstoppable007 depends on your form and how well you keep up, if you’re slacking on this you won’t feel much burn, but if you’re already well built from the start you won’t feel much burn either, after 3 days doing this i dont feel sore just tired as well
I do them three times in a row with a two minute break in between sets. It can be done. The front of neck pain goes away with time. Nothing to worry about if you are following his instructions…
@iShow4u As mentioned before you don’t need to build up the muscles so much as burning the fat so it’s betta to do a different body part if u want to exercise 2 a day my opinion but ofc if it isnt enaught for you u can double the times but it can hurt on the other day

@lizmarie94 I believe that is because you aren’t working entirely with your abs, you force your neck to sit up with your hands and that might be the problem, i have this ache too tho, but not that bad…

you will never get abs with this … you need to lose your fat first abs exercise doesnt burn enough calorie
@SocceRFreaK379 Yes it will hurt your neck a lot at first but after a while it will just hurt a wee bit and you’ll get over it ;D

@djesen im no expert but its probably too much, your muscles need time to heal to grow so doing it 2x as much wont increase your results 2x

@lizmarie94 Your using your hands to lift yourself up from behind the neck. DONT DO THIS! It will screw up your neck muscles and won’t get you abs.
Grab your ears instead of putting your hands behind the head. You’ll notice the crunches are harder to do now.
