Ab Coaster is friggin stupid! You can get the same OR better results in less than 12 weeks by using simple machines, and it costs less. Don’t buy this piece of shit. Trust me. its not worth the money!
i never did understand why machines like this sell…. people who are already in shape will tell you that they did it without using any crazy machines, i can almost guarantee it… and if you’re outta shape, this machine is going to be in your attic collecting dust. if you’re outta shape, you’re going to have to do much more than just abs. i just don’t get it….
im debating the ab circle pro or this and i this this one would work better because you dont seem to be able to go up and down on the circle pro it seems only for love handles not the whole ab wall this up and down motion is more like a sit up
which one is better and faster for best results ”Ab Circle Pro” or ”AB coaster” ?? and what about ” ENERGYM TURBO CHARGER ” any idea about it ? oh do you still remember that item ”POWER HORSE” 8 yrs ago ?
I have tried the AbCircle Damm did it hurt my knees> I think that the padding needed to be improved to say the least. I hated using it. It was a hunk of junk.
I have not tried the ab circle but from the reviews I have heard about it its not so great. I have heard nothing but great things about abcoaster before I bought one. I was fortunate and found one on craigslist for $150 so check there.
It is easy to do but you will feel a burn. You wil work out your arms in addition to your abs. To really get good results you probably have to supplement with other ab exercises and more importantly cardio to blast the fat.
i have both ab coaster and ab circle.
i can tell you that ab coaster isn’t as easy as it seems. after about 80-100 reps your abs will start to burn and definitely sore the following day. whereas with ab circle, it’s easy and you start to sweat but i think it’s a better cardio machine than abs machine because you don’t need to focus on your abs to work the machine. ab coaster is an excellent machine. very well built and it will last a lifetime.

she use it wrong… u have to do it slowly and try to hold at the highest point.

i got the ab circle pro because it was cheaper lol…hope it works for me!!
