@Brickmaster202 If you have seen my pictures or videos anywhere other than my website (scoobysworkshop) or my youtube channel (Scooby1961) then they are unauthorized. If somebody is using my pictures on pornhub or anywhere else, shame on them! Its really not worth my time to track down all these copyright violators, I count on my fans shaming them into removing them – it works pretty well, I have pretty devoted fans :)

Hey scooby, i was reading on your website that you should NOT sync your breathing with exercises, is this the same for crunchies? If not please can you explain to me.
I am 14 and would really like to get the crunchies right and also have a nice set of abs for when the summer break ends and i go back to school.

Crunches are just one of the ways to get abs. he probably has more videos on abs.

Do you think you could give me a few pointers as to get a larger following? I know it was hard work for you to do this, and that you dont owe me anything. But I am working so hard for this. I put everything I can into my company. I finally got youtube to sponsor one of my videos. Do you have any suggestions? this is a tough workout for me, no doubt about it. but, i hate fake and misleading shit, so this pisses me off. stick your stomach out and pull your shoulders back…tah dah! the “before” picture. now suck your stomach in and bring your shoulders forward…presto! you’re in shape. it’s like magic. not one of this guys web sites tells you how often to do these exercises to get these results. that way when it doesn’t work as well as he says, it’s not his fault.

So, are you supposed to do workout 1, 2, 3 every other day with a day’s rest or are you supposed to do 1 through 7 everyday?

hey everybody i wanted to ask a question i am18 years old 225 pounds and 6 feet tall in my research i read that in order to gain muscle you need to eat about 6 times a day andi want and need to lose weight but also gain muscle so if to build muscle you must eat and to lose fat you must eat a little less does anyone have info or tips for me please reply to this thank you.
