guys, it’s called a pull-up bar. you can get one that fits your door jam for $20 bucks at any store that carries workout supplies. get a bench off craig’s list or go buy one at a store.

You reply and say you did the exercise routine at home… how exactly is that helpful or useful? Why didn’t you post THAT video rather than this one?

@axdelosangeles The most important thing is diet and cardio. Body fat reduction is the key to showcase all that hard work. And the stuff he was doing ain’t easy at all. So beginners got a long way to go.
Alright man how long did that take? I have a gym set up almost like that one at my house, I need to know how long it took you to get that pack because I’m trying to go through the fastest routine possible to acquire a 6 pack
@2gd4ukingehsan as long as you take in a lot of calories and drink things like milk eat eggs and consume things with protein… while keeping a consistent workout routine (i do abs everyday)
Then you will get a six pack in a couple of weeks.. but drinking a protein shake on top of this will allow your body to build faster due to the higher protein intake.

Nice work, But no offense, those horrible form ab workout probably the reason why your abs look deformed :/ but still no doubt you put in hard work.
