@foroeste1 – this video is bullshit. Go to any of the online calorie calculators, and identify your caloric requirements. Then aim for a 10-15% deficit. Add an hour in the gym three days a week, and at least 25 minutes of good cardio for the remaining 4 days. You should lose 2lb/week. One month, voila!

For those who cannot complete the circuit none stop. Add a 30 sec rest in between the exercise. Till your comfortable doing the whole thing, keep lowering the rest times till you can do the whole circuit 3 times. None stop.
yeah i wanna get rid of fats so i started doing this. but i get EXHAUSTED if i do couple of the moves for a MINUTE and can’t continue, will i still lose fat? if i just do as much of this as i can and gradually build it up more

HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low “GI” carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.
3) Perform high intensity interval training.
