Oh hello! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

This is a good motivator to get a six pack because all you havr to do is go to a gym and eventually you have a six pack.:)

@99DDrake crunches are generally upper abs, unless you specify a specific crunch, and sit ups are generally crp.. you cant think that one exercise can workout your whole abdominal region.

Bicycle crunches, Bent leg crunches, Reverse crunches, Bent leg raises and Russian twists are just some of the exercises that’ll give you a full abdominal region workout.

Simple: Run a lot, eat healthy, do sit ups and crunches…. Do just as many crunches as sit ups.
Crunches work your whole Abdominal region, sit ups work the hip flexors more so.

@JasonGreen158 I havent done cardio, havent focused on good neutrition, but I do train. And ive got a very clear six pack. But I guess it might be because ive had a strong stomach all my life, and I havent really needed to work hard to get it.

The only way to get a six pack guys is if you do CARDIO!. Cardio makes you loose the fat!

@dirttuner1999 These people train around an hour a day and follow a solid nutrition regimen. That’s nothing extreme. They look extreme because they are very focused and train with high intensity. The most important part is diet, they know how to make it work. What’s equally “impressive” is how jealous people are and how they mask their own insecurity and fear. You’re obviously not a driven or goal oriented person. I’m sure you’ll be very successful in life sitting there on your couch.
