I&#8217;m 14 years old, and gym class recently ended where we would be doing crunches everyday. I didn&#8217;t have belly fat. Now that gym is over, i&#8217;ve been doing more crunches everyday at home, but the way my sister does it, which is more different. I feel like i&#8217;m exercising my back and legs for than my abs, and i can&#8217;t get a good exercise when i put my feet under a chair, and people don&#8217;t have the time to hold my feet. </p>
<p>the gym class crunches:<br />
legs bent 90 degrees in the air, arms across chest<br />
right leg crossed over left, crunch to the side<br />
left leg crossed over right, crunch to the side</p>
<p>home crunches:<br />
feet flat on floor, arms slide on the floor as i sit up&#8230; i sit up all the way for half my crunches, and the sit up half the way for the other half.</p>
<p>like i said i felt the crunches i do at home are less affective and my belly fat has been getting worse and uncomfortable. which crunch is better, or how can i improove my crunches?</p>
