What can I say!?!?!? This is the absolute perfect example of why not to buy equipment or any products from tv. After two hours to put it together it was not coming apart to be sent back. However the more I look at it the more I’m angry at this. The base is heavy but the foot part is plastic. The handle is metal but is a shape and height that is awkward. It’s made for a short person or child. I am a female but I’m 5’9” So I can’t get a good cardio without bending over which kills my spine. And I don’t have back issues. As far as results….. The only area it works out is right above your knee. Any woman I know does not want extra muscle above the knee. The behind and thighs are not even remotely touched with this product. The company has poor customer service and is apparently very well prepare to turn down any returns or complaints. Which is another sign that this complaint has reached their ears many times before. I’m not one to write reviews but his product is a sucker bait and is not worth the aggravation. Running in place is better than this. Do not buy this product.
