    can anyone tell me if the abercrombie model workout from abercrombieworkout ( . ) com is a good workout or not?

    I’m trying to build that abercrombie model kind of physique and i want to know if it’s a good workout.

    yeah man your worckout is outstanding first time it was a lil bit hard but its nice cuz u can feel the worckout
    but i have a qwestion. can i do it evryday like 3 times a day will that give me the best and fastest results
