Day 5 – Now Those Are Abs!!

The body burns fat 3 times faster when incorporating strength training into the program. For breakfast on: Day 5 I had a 2 bowls of Raisin Bran. For lunch I had a yogurt and an orange and for dinner I had Hebrew pigs in a banket For my two snacks I had a crackers, some nuts, and a protein drink. I usually toggle back and forth between water and gatorade when replenishing the loss electrolytes in the body. NOTE: It’s very important to eat according to your body type and weight, NOT MINE. Calorie intake should be as follows. Multiply your body weight time 10 and that’s the amount of calories you should intake to maintain a certain weight. for example if your goal is to be 120lbs you you should only eat 1200 calories a day. Now this does not factor in the extra calories needed for daily energy exertion. for more on this “google it!”

    i’m 14 , and a guy. I have quite a bit of belly fat. I really wanna lose it. Ur program looks really good, but where i live, its always snowy, slippery, icy, and well below zero. So, i cant go for the runs. What else can i do at my house to subsitute for the runs u do, and how long should i do it for. Please help, thanks. Great guide by the way.

    @xtasyz I have that same issue and there is nothing you can do about it except keep training as usual. it’s kinda genetics

    man I’ve never seen any of your vids but you seem really funny and I think I’m gonna subscribe to you! The reason is because it seems like you have workout vids and that’s interesting to see people’s progress at the same time as you’re funny

    Okay…this is the only video I’ve seen. Your friends are FOINE and to top it off, they put on a peep show with the abs!!! Thanks for the exercise tips, I need to get in shape for my “almost 40″ party.

    Go get yourself one! Nearly all of them are under $10, and you can find them in any supercenter like Target or Wal-mart. Any place that sells gym equipment will have them too.

    i think drinking laods of water is important too :] its good for hydration as well as burning calories if your drinking cold water

    Hey man i really dont think you can do that because its easier to do them. These wheels spin fast which targets your abs when you do them so you wont fall on your stomach, with weights it will be easier to go out and come back, i got one of these at Target for like 8 dollars ; )
