You cannot rely on working your abs to help you loose weight. Doing ab workouts build abdominal muscles, it does not burn fat. If you want to loose weight, eat healthy nutritious low-calorie foods and do a lot of cardio and strength-resistance training.
would you recommend doing this for 90 days like p90x? Cause im gonna try it on day 3 now

Ths is the best abs video on youtube. I usually do it frequently everyday but you suggested I should do more reps opposed to sets. So how many reps should I do in one set?
abs are made in the kitchen so make sure u eat healthy which is no diary, low calories, low on sugars and drink more waterr and do your cardio then you will definitely get itt.
you’ll certainly make progress if you workout consistantly, smart, and push yourself.

im 14 5′7 about 115 lbs. i am very scrawny so if i do this like 4x a week everyday, would i get abs in notime?
this will help, but also cutr back on what you eat and cut out the junk.

once a day. 3x a week. more is not better. stress the abs then rest. also, watch what you eat. if you want to see your abs you’ll need a low % bodyfat.
