i want dis machin ! ! ! its so frustrain i got ab glider and my dad doesnt me to hav ab circle pro coz it looks lik ab glider bt im obsesioned with sports machin want them all ! ! ! ! my english sux i think ab cirlce pro a gud machine too i think all proform machines are great especially original ones dislik boring machines theyre clasical simple they existed since decades! dis new modern machines ar so original and wots cool is dat they aint french machines form my kountry are sucky

These commercials show people on the Ab Circle Pro with big smiles, and people at the gym looking all depressed. If you want to lose weight, youre going to be in pain sometimes, trust me! This machine does work, but you’ll get better results buying a barbell and doing compound exercises like weighted squats, dead lifts or clean and press. These REALLY work out your whole body, Ab Circle Pro does not. Combine that with cardio (just jogging maybe) and you’ll see results.

iI Got this on sat. And just funishe my first session. I honestly couldt feel it and I did about 5 min. However im willing to continue and check bakk in 2 weeks and tell all of u if it worked or not
