
Hello. I’ve been working out to Leslie Sansone’s workout videos (4, 3, and (my new )5-day slim down). I’ve lost 4 pounds in 6 weeks. I’m 22 & 5′7″ and i was 152 lbs when i went to the doctor 6 weeks ago to have my Mirena done.
I want to lose 10 more pounds and get back to 130 (target weight). I’ve cut back on eating too much in college and eating healthy and keeping a workout routine 4-5 days a week.
To the point are there any videos by Leslie Sansone that really work the abs and WORKS? or do i need to lose a certain amount of wait to see the abs come in? I saw her ab video on ebay but does it work? I’ve tried turbo jam but they move to fast and i can’t learn what they’re doing and then keep up at the same time (less sweating because of this). Makes you feel bad.
I would like similar styles and paces to Leslie if possible. I also have a exercise ball that came with the turbo jam videos. Thank you for all positive answers.

That was me on Valentine’s day. i’m a 36C, 33″ waist (i think), 44″ hip. My hair is jaw length now.

Leslie Sansone dvd’s are AMAZING. You’re on the right track. Stay active and eat right. That’s the only way to effectively lose weight..and by the way, girl, you look FABULOUS. I’d say don’t lose one pound, but it’s your choice. Good luck!
