easy ab workouts?

I recently had shoulder surgery and I am not supposed to really move my arm. I can’t stand sitting around and I am gaining weight. I need easy ab workouts to do to get my tone back.

    Try sitting in the “V” position, totally works your abs. You balance on your sit bone. Raise your legs up and lean back to make a “v”. You can hold your arms in front of you.

    Or you can try doing modified pilates. If you google it on the net it’ll show you some positions where you don’t have to raise your back off of the ground. Involves proper breathing and it really works your abs.

    try dancing on you r favorite songs,try,walking,and running
    i think you should not use your arm ,until it hills completely.
