Great video Darin! Short and straight to the point. I like the examples of starchy vs non starchy carbs.

    Hey bro,
I have heard about 50/50 on this topic, when to use whey protien, pre or post work out. I’m a big boy, I am happy to say that I have lost 15lbs in 3 weeks bringing me down to 210 so I know I need two scoops per shake. But when is the best time to take it

thanks a ton for the tips , i only have a question regarding HIIT Cardio … is it okay to do it on days where i don’t have any carbs at all (except for veggies) ? as far as i know HIIT depletes glycogen because it’s intense unlike moderate intensity cardio.
