five week diet/fitness plan?

Hi my balls coming up just wondering if anyone can recommend a work out plan and a diet.. i wanna lose about 10 kg? i have heard about oprahs boot camp diet and am considering that! thanks.. and i dont care about my health ect. i just wanna lose weight!

    Fit for Life Diet WORKS!!! Fast weight loss after 1-2 weeks, never hungry, eat as much as you want!!!
    Dr Atkins Diet WORKS too!!! Check out the Book shops, and see which one interests you the miost. Dr Atkins, stacks of protein, never hungry high energy too same as the above (diet fit life).
    With Both of these diets, you should be able to drop 2 dress sizes in 5 weeks.

    use normal exercise and reduce your diet to health food the weight will go in a month with ease. Increasing your fiber intake along with health proteins and walking/running for 30 min 3 to 5 days a week will help you get there. Also you can use calisthenics, jump-roping and light weight train to tone some areas.
    Don’t take those diet pills they can KILL you.
