
i need a good way to build up complete arm strength, and good abs, and leg strength without running, or making much noise (I’m on the 2nd floor,and don’t want to wake up anyone below me) WITHOUT the use of any exercise equipment
yeah I’m weak right now, and i want to get stronger ( and lose some stomach fat/gain muscle weight)
btw i weigh 90-110 lbs (been a while since i weighed myself, so could be more or less now) and am 5 feet 5 inches (or maybe its 6 inches), and i am 14yrs and 11 months old
