
ive tried leg raises and they dont work they just end up hurting my lower back
ive tried sit ups and they are about the same
ive used one of those ab machines that only works out my upper abs

if you are ready to invest in a ball, try Russian twists, they make
waist smaller and abs harder, and your back lays on the ball:
