
How much longer till i see lower abs?
i can now see my upper abs without tryin to tense my stomach up or anything and was wonderin how much longer on the lower and what some exercises are for lower abs?

Cardio is the only way to remove the fat that is blocking your lower abs. There is also more fat that is stored in front of the lower abs. But crunches are the best thing to strengthen them so that when the fat is gone you are really tone in that area. Unfortunately you can’t target one area to lose fat in.
It’s different for each individual..keep plugging away and you won’t be dissatisfied!
