since i’m a teenage i eat around 1300-1800 calories a day, which is normal.
i’m going to cut out junk food, especially chocolate. but in order to lose one pound a week, i need to exercise while eating right and i was wondering what exercises to do so i can transfer fat into muscle.
how long should i run for and how many miles?
how many carbs and protein should i have?
what strength/core training exercises should i do?

well u cant turn fat into muscle and muscle doesnt turn into fat….u can only gain or lose muscle and fat….1300-1800 cals is normal if ur really small….if u want to gain muscle and lose fat, HIIT training along with a moderate amount of weight training is the best thing u can do….an example of HIIT is jogging for 15 min, then walk for 1 min then sprint for one min, repeated 5 times, then jog for another 15 min….do this 3 times per week….and just do weight training 3 times per week and rest one day….eat 40% protein 30-40% carbs and 20-30% fats
The best way to lose wight (also the hardest way) is to do lots of exercise and eat not much, mainly carbohydrates (flour bread pasta ect) lay of the sugar and fatty foods, and do exercise! 5 mins every hour will do it.
Your not going to like the answer to this question, but…
If you know how to ride a bicycle…do it.!!!
(and eat just a tiny bit less of everything…and drink more water…it dilutes the amount of fat that is stored after you eat…) (and sorry…no candy, anymore…)
I needed to drop some excess, so I started riding my bike (NOT as an exercise thing) but as a getting something done thing…(within a 2 mile radius…distance will vary based on living area, but the longer the ride, the quicker the pounds drop
Need a video? Ride the bike…
Need some tomatoes? Ride the bike…
Want to chat with your friend, Agnes? Ride the bike…
Need some Ice Cream? Ride the bike in the opposite direction…
Need some whatever? Ride the bike…
