The ten second crunch. You do a crunch but once you get to the max point where it feels like it burns the most hold it there for ten seconds. Do this ten times in the morning when you wake up and ten times at night before you go to bed. Stay away from cheese. It will help in being able to see those abs better if you pretty much limit your cheese intake from your diet. Cardio works great too. The more fat your lose the better your abs will look.

I would start with running so you eliminate any fat that may be on your midsection, allowing the muscle you have to show through. If you only want to work on abs I’d stick with sit-ups and leg lifts. These two things along with cardio will give you a great six pack.
