The p90x ab ripper x is a short ab workout to add to the other exercise videos. Good time spent – results with not too much chatting. Check it out and DO it often, I’ve noticed a difference…

    Start running!
    That boosted up my metabolism big time and shrunk my belly down. Nothing more than 5 mile runs though. And you start by running just 5 – 10 MINUTES per day – not caring about the distance at first.

    I just statrted p90, and I feel the burn, after day one I could barely walk. But the pain is good and I can feel and see the difference

    StrangerFromAbove-
    DO NOT do exercise on an empty stomach! If you do that, then your body has no energy to use, in result eats away at your muscles.
    Cardio will take away fat from your stomach, and AB Ripper will more than likely build the muscle.

    hmm well for one how many different exercises do you do? Sometimes also you really have to do workouts that get at the same muscles just from different angles to get them to show. hope some of this helps

    Can someone help me ? I’ve been doing P90X for a long while and I lost like 30 kg,my legs and upper body developed really good but my belly is still visible,It’s very annoying ! And the thing is that I really like cardio and I do it all the time.Would doing AB RIpper in the morning on a empty belly increase the results or the is something wrong with my body ? PLS REPLY !!!

    Nah,if you gotta do it like every second day. Or else the muscles cant develop and its just a waste of time. Im kinda skinny but with fat where i should have muscle. Im doing this since summer and it shows,but very vaguely. But in the morning when your on an empty stomach,the results are shockingly visible. You just need to control what you it,to see results fast.Wich I cant allways do. If you really can get obsessed about it and eat well,a 6 pack will show in 3 months or less

    ya it still works if your not semi fit you will build the muscle but you also need cardio to see the results
