Its hard at first when u exercise but son it gets easy til u get the hang of it
@pap0ndn3na no. You have to do this exersise everyother day or twice a week with a break between days. Reason for that? It helps your muscles recover. REMEBER to do cardio on the off days, or everyday. But if you are just starting or are recovering from a injury start slow. Do this twice a week, and cardio once or twice a week.
