    i think these videos will have a lot more impact on viewers if the person is not in the best shape in the first place and as the video series continues the viewers would be able to see the changes on the person

    Im only 14, and my weight is about 70.. I really need to lose weight for a chubby kid like me, if anyone could help me.. please reply me soon as possible, cuz i really wanna try out for cheerleading but the main problem isthat im fat.. if u guyz out there could really help me out please respond to this comment and tell me when to start and wat should i eat to not become fat

    @TheAqworldsTIPS if you do this 2x a week than you’ll lose just alittle bit and if you do this 7x than youll lose more!!!

    Its hard at first when u exercise but son it gets easy til u get the hang of it

    @pap0ndn3na no. You have to do this exersise everyother day or twice a week with a break between days. Reason for that? It helps your muscles recover. REMEBER to do cardio on the off days, or everyday. But if you are just starting or are recovering from a injury start slow. Do this twice a week, and cardio once or twice a week.
