What are some Pilate’s exercises I can do at home to build my core strength?

All I have is access to a gym ball (although it’s probably too big for me)

I want to start building my core muscles to improve my horse riding. I just need a couple of exercises I can do for about 10-15 minutes a day.

    Do some stomach crunches on the swiss ball by lying on it, your core engages more because you have to use core strength to be able to stay on the ball.
