
I work 2 jobs and take care of my wife and 2 kids, so I don’t have a ton of time per day. I’m just getting a little flabby in the pecks and my gut is looking awful. I am 6′ tall and about 190 lbs. so a little weight loss won’t hurt either. But mainly I just want to tone up my chest and abs. Don’t have a lot of extra money / time for gym membership or home gym. Please help me!

If your looking at getting nice abs try doing sit ups it worked for me or maybe go to a gym and use their equipment after work or any activities your involved in.
