What are the best medicine ball exercises/workouts to develop strength quickly and effieciently?

I am not new to exercise, i am a fit guy with reasonable experience to gym work. Need to seriously bulk up a few kilos to be more of a competitor in my chosen sport. if possible, please give exercise descriptions.

    you should try the perfect pushups i use them and you could tell a difference what you do is you put them close together and do alot them shoulder width and do about the same amount then put them apart and do as many as you can if you want a challenge prop your feat up on something and do alot….hope i helped

    Hey medicine balls are a great workout. I use the medicine ball exercises in the videos in the source link – it has an expert trainer showing you which moves to do. Good luck and congrats on continuing to push yourself to a higher fitness level!
