What’s a good way to exercise and strengthen my abs without need of a machine??

I’ve tried push-ups and long extensions but i wanna try doing something new.. XD well T.I.A!!!

    Get one of those exercise balls and do some crunches on it.

    i would say sit ups,crunches and leg raises or all good just increase amount depending on your ability hope this helps

    Crunches are great, and side bends are really good for lubhandles…. you lay on your back with your feet flat on the floor, and then pick your upper body up a little bit and alternate reaching for each heel. If you want to buy a video or look something up, try pillates. I’m not sure if I spelled it right but its amazing.
